Meet Our Team

With his background as a licensed building inspector, Adam has nearly 20 years of experience in the construction industry, gaining hands-on experience in both residential and commercial trades. In 2008, he enlisted in the Washington Army National Guard. He continues to serve as a soldier and as a licensed electrician, earning recognition for superior critical thinking and dedication to quality.

Adam and his wife Lindsay are raising their four children here in the Evergreen State, where they enjoy family outings such as kayaking on the Puget Sound.

With an uncle and a grandfather who are both retired electricians, Kenneth has elected to follow in their footsteps. He would like to be an apprentice – because building, understanding, problem-solving, and designing in the electrician field is challenging and fascinating work, and a skill worth having. He is happily married to his gorgeous Decatur High School sweetheart, Joy.

They both find great inspiration in being active, walking through Seattle and hiking through the beautiful Washington trails. There is never a moment when they are not making new friends and building relationships with the people around them. In his own words, Kenneth is “ecstatic to be working with wonderful people such as Maria and Casey.”

With over 40 years of experience, Bryant Lees is a licensed Journeyman electrician serving Washington, Oregon, and Arizona. Known for his strong work ethic, reliability, and good humor, he began his career in Eastern Washington right after marrying his wife, Mari, and has been dedicated to the trade ever since. Known for his strong work ethic, reliability, and sense of humor, Bryant has worked on projects ranging from residential homes to major commercial buildings, including Safeway and Coldwater Creek. Currently with CMG Electric, he also helps train the next generation of electricians, passing on the high standards and values he learned from old-school mentors.

Kyle, a third-year residential electrical apprentice, joined the CMG team in 2024. He is working toward his 02 license and plans to pursue his 01 license in the future. Known for his strong work ethic and passion for the trade, Kyle excels in hands-on learning and problem-solving in the field.

Outside of work, Kyle enjoys exploring electronics and science projects, constantly building and experimenting to grow his technical skills. His curiosity, dedication, and drive to learn make him a valuable part of our team and a promising talent in the electrical industry.

Nicholas Relf is an apprentice electrician. Dedicated and hardworking, he is currently gaining hands-on experience in residential and commercial electrical systems. With a strong commitment to safety, quality, and continuous learning, Nicholas is building a solid foundation to become a skilled and trusted professional in the electrical trade.

When he’s not wiring up homes, Nicholas is probably debating whether burgers or pizza are the superior post-work fuel—strictly for scientific purposes, of course.

The pair founded CMG Electric in 2005 as a residential and commercial electrical contracting company. As with all honest ventures, CMG Electric grew out of a desire to address the question: “How can we care for our family while helping to fulfill our community’s need for a quality service?” That was the impetus for CMG Electric. Casey and Maria combined their talents and skills with their love for the local area, transforming it into something bigger and better than initially imagined.
